responses in a professional and official manner; to maintain professional levels of superior training in all emergency measures,
to include biohazard and post 911 federal standards; and to serve and educate the public to provide a safer environment in

Welcome to our
new internet home!
In this web site, you and your family or friends can learn about the
inside operations and volunteers of the Wesleyville Hose Company and the services it provides to the community and neighboring
area.You can learn about our upcoming community fund-raising events, our highly ranked and exciting new Halls of Fear, about
each of our volunteers and what they do, and keep informed on emergency procedures to keep your lives safer and more aware.
We are adding an online store and are developing items to sell in a fundraising effort for our
volunteer hose company. The first item to be sold is the NEW Halls of Fear Book Volume One, with volume two
currently being written. These exciting books are being written by Tombstone Charlie about some of your favorite Halls
of Fear characters, as well as about some of the true and spooky happenings around the Wesleyville area of town.The store
will be opened for business shortly, and will accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Speaking of which, our
7th Annual Halls of Fear is upcoming, recently rated 67th out of over 20,000 haunted house projects for thrills
and scares that will delight you, your friends, and your whole family! With our brand new building, our new spooky characters,
rooms and passages, the Halls of Fear 2008 promises to be the best ever! Visit our section for more informations and performance
dates!
We are in the process of creating a complete Kid's section to also learn what to do
in an emergency, as well as fun in a safe chatroom, with coloring pages, games, puzzles, and much more! We are also creating
a seperate web site for Teenagers for lots of fun and interactive things to do as well! This will also include
a safe chatroom, a bulletin board service, and much more for each subsite!
We have a new Auxilliary
section for more information about the fundraising projects they have planned, about the support they provide to the department,
how to join, and other exciting information. Be sure and visit our Photo Galleries for events of the past
including our Halls of Fear, 4th of July Parades, CPR training, Awards ceremonies, and other community and training events.
We will be adding new galleries often as events occur, so be sure and visit often!
We further are in the process
of adding a newsletter to be sent to your email address and published here, providing even more information,
company news, interviews, and other items that are of interest to you and the internet community. Even of more value will
be our online version of our Call Log, listing a record of our emergency service calls to show what the Wesleyville
Hose Company has performed in the line of duty.

ABOUT WESLEYVILLE HOSE COMPANY
A 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we
are dedicated to serving the Wesleyville and eastern Erie Community.
The Wesleyville Hose Company was founded in
1921, and chartered on July 6, 1922.
Its first official equipment was a two-wheel hose cart, followed by
the securing of its first pumper unit, a 1920 International, which was a pumpless hose body with a chemical tank.
The first actual fire engine was a 1929 American LaFrance, which can still be seen at the fire hall.
Even newer
and more complete equipment is forthcoming to better serve the needs of the service area!
